For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the rental start time.
If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to the experience start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Changes made less than 48 hours prior to the rental start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the local time of the rental.
This experience requires safe sea conditions. If cancelled due to bad sea conditions, you will be offered a different date or a full refund.
