SUZUKI MAINTENANCE KITS<\/h3>\n

We are now offering complete maintenance kits on a range of Suzuki outboards.<\/p>\n

Each kit has the full range of Genuine Suzuki Parts required<\/strong> to service Suzuki outboards in accordance with the periodic maintenance schedule detailed in the owner’s manual.<\/p>\n

At this time of year we are in the winter season, taking advantage of the winterization work and maintenance of the outboard motors, to have the boat and the motor ready for the next season.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For proper outboard motor care, Suzuki recommends doing a scheduled maintenance (minimum one per year), to check and replace the main wear parts of the motor. Guaranteeing in this way a satisfactory use of the engine<\/strong> , during the next season, thus offering our customers the best service.<\/p>\n

For this reason, we remember that there are these maintenance kits, which include the necessary parts for each engine maintenance.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Parts and components of a Suzuki engine to maintain and check:<\/h2>\n

  • WATER SEPARATOR<\/strong>
    The water separator features a removable transparent container for easy viewing of fuel status and a drain valve for water and other impurities.\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  • FUEL FILTER ASSEMBLY<\/strong>
    The fuel filter prevents debris or water in the fuel from entering the engine. They will need to be replaced according to the schedule in the Owner’s Manual.\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  • MOTOR OIL<\/strong>
    Regular oil changes keep your engine clean, reduce wear, and prevent internal corrosion.\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  • GEAR OIL<\/strong>
    Regular gear oil replacement is important.
    Your outboard’s lower unit operates under severe conditions and eventually the lubricating effectiveness of the gear oil may fail.\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  • OIL FILTER<\/strong>
    A contaminated oil filter can no longer filter impurities, which can lead to engine damage and increased bearing wear.\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  • SPARK PLUG<\/strong>
    Spark plug deterioration can cause engine malfunction, poor starting and performance, and increased emissions.\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  • ANODE<\/strong>
    Anodes help protect your outboard from corrosion. If not maintained or replaced regularly, galvanic corrosion will damage aluminum components underwater.\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  • PROPELLER<\/strong>
    It is important to maintain your propeller for optimal efficiency and performance. Simply remove it, check for damage, replace if necessary, and reapply grease to the groove before reinstalling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
